About the Role
Trade Republic is Europe's largest savings platform, operating in 18 countries with over 10 million customers. The Growth Team shapes a brand focused on democratizing wealth, and this role will contribute to that mission by assisting with localization projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of localisation projects from inception to completion
- Liaise with freelance translators to ensure timely and accurate delivery of localised content
- Help maintain and update translation memories, glossaries, and style guides
- Perform quality checks on translated content to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Provide administrative support to the Localization Project Manager as needed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field
- Strong interest in project coordination, process management, and/or content operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Skills
- Proficiency in German is a plus
- Familiarity with workflow, project management, or translation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, CAT tools, TMS) is a plus but not required
