About the Role
Regent’s University London’s School of Business seeks a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship to teach starting January 2026-27. This role is for a passionate educator experienced in UK Higher Education and business school teaching, contributing to an interdisciplinary approach with a focus on technology, cultural awareness, curiosity, emerging trends, and applied thinking. Expertise in practical entrepreneurship theories and models is essential to equip students for opportunity identification, venture development, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a premium classroom experience.
- Contribute towards an interdisciplinary approach to business education.
- Embed technology, cultural awareness, curiosity, emerging trends, and applied thinking in curriculum development, teaching, learning, and assessments.
- Enrich students’ learning and employability prospects through technical industry experience and connections.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary teaching across various disciplines in elective modules.
- Provide help, study support, and career guidance for life.
Requirements
- Experience of the UK Higher Education sector.
- Experience in business school teaching.
- Technical industry experience and connections.
- Ability to thrive in a diverse and culturally rich environment.
- Demonstrate empathy, connectivity, and advanced communication skills.
- Expertise leaning towards the practical application of entrepreneurship theories and models.
- Ability to equip undergraduate and postgraduate students with skills, knowledge, and confidence to identify opportunities, develop and test new ideas, build viable ventures, and navigate the practical challenges of launching and growing entrepreneurial businesses.
