About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Team Leader for our Berlin Tegel store, available for full-time or part-time employment (minimum 30 hours per week).
Responsibilities
- Act as Shift Leader / Group Leader / Department Leader in Sales.
- Manage shift scheduling and task coordination.
- Motivate and inspire the team.
- Monitor inventory levels.
- Perform cashier duties.
- Ensure adherence to cleanliness and organization standards.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, gastronomy, or a comparable field.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Must possess a valid work permit for the country of application.
