About the Role
We are looking for big voices, big energy, and big personality to join the London Eye River Cruise team as a River Cruise Host. You will be the voice guiding guests through iconic London landmarks, turning a 40-minute journey into an engaging experience packed with views, stories, and humour.
Responsibilities
- Deliver live commentary on board, sharing stories and insights without scripts.
- Provide a showstopping 40-minute tour packed with insights, humour, and energy.
- Add personal flair and personality to the delivery.
- Assist guests with questions and provide tips about London.
- Collaborate with the River Cruise crew to ensure safety and smooth operations.
- Support the wider London Eye team as needed.
- Occasionally assist with upsells, training new crew, and ensuring memorable guest experiences.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be comfortable and enthusiastic talking to a live audience.
- Experience in entertainment, hospitality, tours, or events is a significant advantage.
- Possess clear communication skills, the ability to read a crowd, and tell compelling stories.
- Be a team player adaptable to various weather conditions.
- Demonstrate a genuine love for London and a passion for sharing it with others.
