About the Role
Lead the Westfield Sydney stockroom team to deliver a fast, precise, and safe stock operation that keeps the sales floor full, inventory accurate, and customers served. You are accountable for the end-to-end stock lifecycle, from receiving and processing deliveries to driving online fulfillment, managing stocktake accuracy, and developing your team. Your leadership directly enables the store's performance and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Coach, energize, and support a team to work with care, pace, and pride.
- Keep shelves full, fresh, and ready to surprise and delight every customer.
- Own inventory accuracy, stock movement, receiving, transfers, and stocktake preparation with confidence and attention to detail.
- Drive safe, organized, and efficient stockroom standards for quick, clear, and safe team movement.
- Partner with the Store Manager to turn stock insights into practical actions supporting sales, service, and team performance.
- Support online fulfillment with accurate, timely picking and packing.
- Bring curiosity, accountability, and a solutions-first mindset to every shift.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a stockroom lead, supervisor, or senior stockroom role in a fast-paced retail environment.
- A confident people leader who can inspire, develop, and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of stock systems, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.
- Excellent attention to detail in administration, invoicing, and stock accuracy.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Curious, calm under pressure, and ready to work at pace in a busy flagship environment.
- Genuine passion for T2, its community, and creating memorable customer experiences.
