About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering the best customer experience, contributing to store sales and profits. You will prioritize customers, offer support, and share product and fashion knowledge. You will also maintain a pleasant shopping environment through store operations and garment care. Share your knowledge and skills with team members, support each other, and foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Display, replenish, and organize products on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Process, replenish, and manage inventory on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Unpack products, apply security tags, and label items.
- Assist customers with purchases and returns at the register and handle general store operations.
Requirements
- No experience necessary; must love H&M and fashion.
- Ability to approach customers proactively and kindly, and to be a team player.
- Positive, motivated, and proactive mindset with good communication skills when interacting with team members and customers.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and customer needs, responding quickly and effectively.
- Students and freelancers aiming for full-time employment.
- Individuals seeking part-time employment.
- Foreign nationals (students, dependents, etc.) are welcome.
