About the Role
This position offers advisory services to help clients achieve business transformation, focusing on M&A deals to realize growth strategies. You will provide end-to-end support from strategy formulation to deal execution and post-merger integration (PMI), driving value creation from strategic, financial, and operational perspectives for critical management issues such as corporate acquisitions, business divestitures, and organizational restructuring.
Responsibilities
- Lead M&A strategy and business portfolio strategy formulation.
- Analyze and evaluate target companies and businesses.
- Conduct business due diligence.
- Formulate synergy creation and value enhancement measures.
- Support the formulation and execution of PMI plans.
- Support business carve-out and organizational restructuring projects.
- Promote and support the advancement of M&A processes using digital technology and generative AI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience in leading management strategy formulation, business process improvement, or M&A-related projects within a consulting firm.
Skills
- Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in creating proposals and presentations for management.
- Ability to coordinate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Business communication skills in Japanese.
