About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer at Constantinople, you will understand customer needs and design, build, and test strategic solutions for maximum customer impact. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes and validate hypotheses through user testing and design critique.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and test strategic solutions that add maximum impact to customers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Client Success, and more to drive outcomes.
- Test and validate working hypotheses with users through usability testing of wireframes, clickable prototypes, and published products.
- Participate in design critique.
- Create effective handover materials that clearly communicate how the design should look and behave throughout interaction flows and journeys.
Requirements
- Accustomed to user-centric design methods and best practices.
- Strong problem definition and articulation skills, challenging assumptions and 'pre-set' thinking around solutions.
- Ability to agree on the purpose, principles, and vision for solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions balance user needs, business strategy, and technical constraints.
- Experience in creating effective handover materials which clearly communicate how the design should look and behave throughout interaction flows and journeys.
- A process driven by user needs and a strong service design approach to solving complex business problems.
- Ability to balance framing high-level UX strategy while executing at low levels of detail.
- High bar for quality and craft in visual and interaction design.
- Comfortable thinking through holistic experiences across multiple surfaces and touch points.
- Proactively collaborate with Design and other cross-functional peers.
- Demonstrate autonomy and resilience on a fast-paced team.
- Relevant product design experience (Banking or FinTech) is ideal.
