About the Role
Bailey Nelson is seeking driven, people-first Store Managers for Sydney Metro and the East. This role offers a chance to lead, build high-performing teams, and drive exceptional customer experiences within a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Drive sales performance and achieve targets.
- Create a high-energy, positive store culture.
- Partner with your Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success.
- Run a smooth, efficient operation without compromising on service.
Requirements
- Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent).
- Experience in optics is highly regarded.
- Supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality, or similar is encouraged.
- Alignment with company values: tight-knit, down-to-earth, and constantly improving.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Confidence in driving sales through honest, well-judged recommendations.
- High energy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
