About the Role
KKR's 2027 Summer Analyst Program offers undergraduate students the opportunity to join a leading global investment firm. This 10-week in-person internship provides hands-on project experience, educational programming, and networking opportunities within KKR's Technology organization.
Responsibilities
- Work with one of the technology teams for the duration of the internship.
- Work on various projects.
- Attend a 2-day orientation providing an overview of KKR and alternative investments.
- Attend educational and network-building programming.
- Showcase work to technology leaders.
Requirements
- Currently attending a university in North America with an outstanding academic record.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related technical field with an anticipated graduation in December 2027 – June 2028.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and communicating ideas.
- Proficiency with Java, Python, c/c++.
- Curiosity about and openness to adopting emerging AI technologies in day-to-day workflows.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and relevance.
- Familiarity with effective prompt design and generating reliable results using generative AI tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to act both strategically and tactically with exceptional attention to detail.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Team-player who enjoys working in a collaborative and collegial environment and is willing to pitch-in when needed.
- Intellectual curiosity and an interest in financial services and alternative investments.
