About the Role

This entry-level Business Associate role within the Institutional business channel supports the growth and strengthening of relationships with institutional clients in the Australia and New Zealand region.

Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and coordination of client and business development activities, including meeting materials, presentations, RFPs, RFIs and follow-up actions.
  • Support implementation activities and ongoing client servicing requirements by coordinating with Business Developers, Relationship Managers and Relationship Analysts.
  • Assist with routine information requests and client servicing activities by coordinating inputs from internal stakeholders and supporting timely delivery of information.
  • Capture and maintain client data in relevant internal CRM systems and Salesforce.
  • Build effective working relationships across the firm and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support client, operational and business activities.
  • Develop an understanding of client priorities, Wellington's products and market developments, and share relevant information with internal teams as appropriate.
  • Support the operational, administrative and project coordination activities of the ANZ Institutional team, including meeting logistics, workflow management, documentation and tracking of key deliverables.
  • Perform other tasks and projects assigned by the team.

  • Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Interest in applying AI and digital tools to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall client and firm outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
