About the Role
We're seeking passionate and dynamic Sales Associates to support our team at Galeries and create an exceptional retail experience. As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and has a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Use exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to help customers find the perfect products and drive sales.
- Quickly and positively find solutions for customers, ensuring a responsive and engaging interaction, with diligent follow-up.
- Address complaints and objections swiftly and professionally, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
- Help protect company assets and procedures by promoting loss prevention practices.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are clean, well-organised, and inviting for customers.
- Confidently handle cash and digital transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute to maintaining high brand visual standards, always ensuring excellence in product presentation.
- Support with replenishment and pricing duties, including preparation for sales and promotions as needed.
Requirements
- Must have a background in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Natural curiosity, high energy, and positive outlook.
- Deep enthusiasm for our brand and products.
- Connection to our brand, across key categories of from the trail, road, hike or sportstyle.
- Talent for identifying customer needs and matching them with the perfect products.
- Knack for motivating and uplifting those around you.
- Good availability including over the holiday period; specifically between 26 October 2026 and 31 January 2027.
