About the Role

Partner with Commercial leaders and across a workforce of 1000+ (salaried & frontline) employees to build capability and drive performance. Lead HR system, workforce insights, governance and key people initiatives across ANZ. Opportunity to expand your experience across a broader HR portfolio and further develop towards a HR Director role.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior Commercial leaders to deliver people strategies that support business performance
  • Coach and influence leaders through organisational change and people challenges
  • Lead talent, succession, engagement and workforce planning initiatives
  • Oversee remuneration, reward and benefits administration and governance
  • Drive the ongoing evolution of People Hub (SAP SuccessFactors) and people systems
  • Use workforce insights and people analytics to support decision making
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing P&P team
  • Ensure people processes are effective, well-governed and aligned to business needs
  • Support the ongoing development of a strong safety culture across our frontline sales workforce
  • Lead Enterprise Agreement strategy and industrial relations initiatives across the Commercial portfolio

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a senior HR leadership role
  • Proven success partnering with senior leaders to influence business performance, capability and organisational effectiveness
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution
  • Experience leading people systems and HR technology, ideally including SuccessFactors or similar platforms
  • A solid understanding of remuneration, reward and benefits, with the confidence to support and influence key people decisions
  • Experience using workforce reporting, people analytics and insights to identify trends and inform decision-making
  • A track record of leading change, embedding new ways of working and driving continuous improvement
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong knowledge of ER/IR and employment legislation
