About the Role
This role supports Rakuten's rapidly growing mobile business by expanding payroll and company insurance operations. It offers an environment to challenge and solve problems, improve operations, and gain experience in project management.
Responsibilities
- Manage contractors and improve operations and processes for payroll calculation, social insurance procedures, personal identification number collection and management, and employee inquiries.
- Automate routine tasks and strengthen in-house customer service capabilities.
- Collaborate with the company's labor consultant for social insurance procedures.
Requirements
- Multiple years of payroll and company insurance experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, and basic arithmetic functions.
