About the Role

We are hiring a Countertop Installer/Installer Helper/Carpenter to join our growing team. This is a full-time, hands-on position installing granite, quartz, and other stone countertops in residential and commercial settings. No experience is required as we are willing to train dependable candidates with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of granite, quartz, and stone countertops
• Remove existing countertops
• Carry, lift, and position heavy stone materials (team lifting required) - Mechanical assistance provided
• Help with seams, leveling, and finishing work
• Operate hand tools and power tools
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Provide professional customer interaction on-site

Requirements

• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor daily
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong attendance and reliability required
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Skills

• Construction or trade experience preferred
• Previous countertop installation experience
• Experience with granite, quartz, or marble
• Ability to read measurements and templates
