About the Role
This role is for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join the Banking & Financial Services team, specializing in Software, Artificial Intelligence, and Design. It's an excellent opportunity for individuals starting their recruitment career or those with up to three years of experience seeking a new challenge within a specialist technology market.
Responsibilities
- Source, approach, and screen candidates for live roles.
- Understand candidate experience, motivations, availability, and salary expectations.
- Build candidate shortlists for client opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews, preparation, and feedback.
- Manage candidates through references, offers, and onboarding.
- Build a strong network across Software, AI, and Design.
- Work closely with Account Managers to deliver on client requirements.
- Develop knowledge of the technology and financial services markets.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of recruitment experience.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Willing to pick up the phone and start conversations.
- Curious and interested in learning about technology.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Competitive, driven, and motivated to build a career.
- Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
