Responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance and quality control programs and processes.
- Establish and monitor quality standards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Conduct audits, inspections, process reviews, and quality assessments.
- Investigate quality issues and lead root-cause and corrective-action initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Manage quality documentation, procedures, records, and reporting.
- Support QMS, regulatory, contractual, and organizational compliance requirements.
- Analyze quality data and present trends, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, and other teams.
- Promote a culture of accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quality management, QA/QC, compliance, operations, engineering, or process improvement.
- Experience with quality systems, audits, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and effectively across multiple departments.

Salary/Compensations
- $105,000–$125,000 annual base salary
- Additional 10% contract premium
- $7,500 sign-on bonus
- $200/month internet & phone stipend
