About the Role
SAP Japan is seeking contract employees to support operations within the Customer Engagement & Adoption Business Unit. This role is ideal for individuals seeking long-term employment.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and facilitate meetings, including Solution Review and Customer Success Committee meetings.
- Manage meeting flow, confirm objectives and agendas, and summarize decisions and action items.
- Create meeting minutes by reviewing and summarizing Teams transcriptions.
- Verify and input data into SAP delivery systems (project information system).
- Process purchasing system operations and procedures.
- Contact project stakeholders to process purchases according to established procedures.
- Perform data entry, data organization, and create various documents, including slides.
Requirements
- Must have reading and writing proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is preferred.
- Willingness to undertake duties based on interest and skills, with potential for additional responsibilities through individual consultation.
- Successful candidates may be required to undergo a background verification.
