About the Role

The Project Officer undertakes a range of project research, analysis, reporting, implementation, and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of projects in line with established project plans and objectives. This role provides administrative and project coordination support to help project teams deliver their objectives, including organizing meetings, preparing minutes, maintaining project documentation, tracking actions and timelines, and assisting with basic project reporting.

  • Supports the development and delivery of projects in line with established project plans and objectives.
  • Provides administrative and project coordination support to help project teams deliver their objectives.
  • Organises meetings.
  • Prepares and distributes minutes.
  • Maintains project documentation.
  • Tracks actions and timelines.
  • Assists with basic project reporting.
  • Works closely with project team members and stakeholders to ensure information is accurate, up to date and communicated effectively.

Requirements

  • Must be an Australian Citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen.
  • Must undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check.
  • Must obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force.
