About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and resilient individual to join our Gynaecology MVZ office team in Berlin-Mitte. The ideal candidate will be proficient in GKV and PKV billing and enjoy completing tasks thoroughly. This role is a supportive position within an existing team of two, focusing on a specific area of responsibility.
Responsibilities
- GKV and PKV billing
- Review and processing of billing cases
- Clarification of queries and discrepancies
- Communication with health insurance companies, insurance providers, and other contacts
- Support with organizational and administrative processes
- Proactive thinking and improvement suggestions for simpler solutions
Requirements
- Experience with healthcare billing (ideal)
- Experience in gynaecology is desirable but not essential
- Careful, independent work style
- Ability to maintain an overview even with complex cases
