About the Role
The IG Support Coordinator serves as a trusted partner to investors, strengthening the investment process through proactive coordination, relationship management, and workflow optimization. The role leverages emerging AI tools to enhance investor capacity and effectiveness, facilitates high-value interactions, and supports information flow across the Capital System.
Responsibilities
- Helps create investor capacity by coordinating complex logistics, improving workflows, enabling information flow, and supporting timely access to internal and external stakeholders.
- Acts as a connector across the Capital System, facilitating collaboration and information sharing among investors, Corporate Access, METS, Technology, Sales, and other teams.
- Independently resolves service issues, using sound judgment and structured problem-solving to deliver consistent, high-quality support.
- Proactively manages complex scheduling, travel, and logistical requirements requiring sound judgment and discretion, while ensuring alignment with investor priorities.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with external providers and corporate contacts, serving as a trusted point of coordination to keep Capital’s investors top of mind for access.
- Coordinates investor interactions with corporates, external research providers, industry experts, sales teams, and other key stakeholders to support investment decisions and client outcomes.
- Organizes investment group calls and committee meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling, planning, material preparation, and execution.
- Leverages AI and emerging technologies to improve meeting preparation, information synthesis, workflow automation, and operational efficiency across the investment ecosystem.
- Builds proficiency in AI and digital tools to further support innovative IGA workflow use cases and their adoption across the team.
- Strengthens team capability and the future-state support model by sharing best practices, supporting peer learning, and contributing to projects, recruiting, and initiatives that foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of administrative or operational experience
- Strong attention to detail with a consistent track record of high-quality output & effective problem solving
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder priorities
- Uses feedback as an opportunity to demonstrate learning agility and adaptability
- Strong service mindset with a focus on responsiveness and teamwork
- Excel at using technology, systems, and AI tools to complete work and drive operational efficiencies
