About the Role
Start your driving career on a Midwest regional fleet, offering paid training with a driver trainer and guaranteed pay for solo driving. Enjoy home time every weekend.
Responsibilities
- Ride with an experienced driver trainer on real loads
- Move into your own truck on full pay once training is complete
- Transport dry van freight within Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois
- Complete drop and hook, live load, live unload, and preload assignments
Requirements
- Class A CDL
- At least 21 years old
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
- Live within 100 miles of a hiring city (Columbus, Cincinnati, Louisville, Lexington, Dayton)
- CDL-A with 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school (for new drivers)
- 6 months OTR experience in the last 12 months, or 12 months in the last 5 years (for experienced drivers)

Salary/Compensations
- $850 per week during training
- $1,000 per week guaranteed for the first 3 months of solo driving
- Average weekly earnings of $1,000 to $1,400
- 56 cents per mile to start, increasing to 59 cents at 6 months
- $40 load pay for loads under 150 miles
- $25 load pay for loads between 150 and 250 miles
- $15 stop pay
- Performance bonus
- $300 orientation pay
