About the Role

As a Senior Consultant Banking & Financial Services, you will leverage deep banking expertise to drive digital transformation projects for leading banks. You will create compelling digital customer experiences that are technically sound, compliant, and user-friendly. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping the digital future of the financial industry and expanding diva-e's Financial Services business.

Responsibilities

Advise banks and financial service providers on the digitalization of business and customer processes.
Design digital customer journeys across key banking processes.
Act as a liaison between business departments, regulatory bodies, and technology to translate banking requirements into innovative digital solutions.
Contribute expertise in areas such as onboarding, payment transactions, lending, wealth management, or digital banking apps.
Develop viable implementation concepts.
Support pre-sales and proposal processes, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the development of the Financial Services portfolio.
Enhance diva-e's industry expertise through knowledge transfer, best practices, and technical insights for colleagues and project teams.

Requirements

Several years of experience in consulting banks or financial service providers.
Successfully managed digitalization or transformation projects.
Knowledge of banking processes, systems, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to understand the interplay of banking elements in practice.
Proficiency at the intersection of business and IT.
Ability to structure complex business requirements and translate them into digital solutions.
Experience in retail banking, wealth management, or private banking is ideal.
Experience working on digital customer or service processes.
Confident communication skills in German and English.
Professional demeanor with clients.
Willingness to provide on-site support to clients within the DACH region.
