About the Role

DrAnsay is seeking a Growth Analyst to provide cross-functional insights into product and marketing performance. This new role will bridge the gap in systematic data analysis, offering data-driven answers to product and marketing teams to guide their decisions. The focus is on day-to-day operational analysis rather than large strategy projects or tracking setup.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze landing page performance and identify successful pages and products.
  • Evaluate conversion rates across products and storefronts, pinpointing user drop-off points.
  • Investigate sources of high-converting and returning users.
  • Analyze marketing campaigns and individual ads, including last-click attribution, to show what works and what doesn't.
  • Set up analyses for new campaigns as they launch.
  • Build and maintain growth dashboards (e.g., in PostHog) and support marketing in using self-service dashboards.
  • Respond quickly to ad-hoc requests from Product and Marketing, taking over operational analysis tasks for Product Managers.
  • Verify data plausibility and report anomalies before incorrect conclusions are drawn.

Requirements

  • Practical experience with Growth, Product, or Marketing Analytics, including creating analyses or dashboards in tools like Google Analytics (GA4), PostHog, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
  • Approximately two years of professional experience, for example, as a Growth, Product, Marketing, or Data Analyst.
  • Proficient understanding of growth metrics such as Conversion Rate, ROAS, Last-Click-Attribution, and campaign/product metrics.
  • Experience building dashboards that are actively used in daily operations.
  • Ability to independently work through data, even when not fully documented, and identify inconsistencies.
  • Skill in quickly prioritizing requests and explaining results in an actionable way for Product and Marketing teams.
  • Basic technical understanding and openness to AI-driven workflows.
  • Native-level German language proficiency and good English skills.
  • Ability to work permanently from Germany and possess the necessary work permit.
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment where quick, reliable answers are often prioritized over perfect analysis.
