About the Role

As a Werkstudent Content Creator (m/w/d), you will independently expand our presence on Instagram and TikTok. You are close to the generation we work for, and your content will reach hundreds of thousands of students.

Responsibilities

Create content about graduation newspapers, graduation mottos, graduation textiles, and the entire graduation year experience, making it entertaining, relatable, and valuable for committees.
Make study and career orientation exciting by translating questions about suitable study programs and job roles into formats that resonate with young people.
Capture the daily lives of students and university attendees, from exam periods to the first semester, and develop recurring formats based on this.
Manage the entire content creation process from ideation to posting, including concept development, filming, editing, caption writing, and community management, while planning your content calendar and reacting to trends.
Analyze content performance based on reach, engagement, and feedback to iterate and improve formats.

Requirements

Currently enrolled at a university or college in Germany with at least one year of study remaining.
Demonstrated experience creating content on Instagram and TikTok, beyond personal use, supported by a portfolio or existing accounts.
A keen sense for trends, sounds, and formats relevant to Gen Z.
Comfortable appearing on camera or willingness to learn.
Proficiency in smartphone video editing or common tools like CapCut.
Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and output.
Proactive and self-motivated, capable of generating ideas without direct prompting.
Fluent in German.
