About the Role

As the central interface for all stakeholders of a live event, you will be responsible for structured work and clear communication. You will bring together all parties and keep a firm hand on the reins from the initial concept phase to on-site execution. You will plan corporate and public events of various sizes, ensuring each project is professionally implemented step by step. You will develop detailed processes, timings, and budgets, monitor their adherence, and react flexibly to changing requirements, managing both the overall project and critical details.

Responsibilities

Full project management from concept to execution.
Planning corporate and public events of various sizes.
Developing detailed processes, timings, and budgets.
Monitoring adherence to plans and budgets.
Flexibly reacting to changing requirements.
Creating presentations and project documents.
Preparing decisions and coordination meetings for clients and stakeholders.
Integrating stage, lighting, and sound technology into planning.
Coordinating with technical partners to define necessary equipment and processes.
Accompanying preparation through to live operation.
On-site responsibility on the event day.
Coordinating setup.
Leading the team through show phases.
Ensuring reliable collaboration between all trades.
Creating a complete and exciting live experience for the audience and a successful event for clients.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in project management.
Experience leading live events for up to 250 participants.
Experience in budget creation and controlling (up to €350,000).
Competence in contract and price negotiations.
Empathy for clients, colleagues, and employees.
Possession of a personal industry network.
Open-mindedness for new ideas, methods, and perspectives.
Success-oriented mindset.
Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus.
