About the Role
The Infusion Intake Coordinator will directly educate prospective patients through the intake process, leading to enrollment with Always Compassionate Health. This role collaborates with referral sources, account managers, clinical teams, and provider relations to ensure efficient completion of enrollment tasks, ultimately enabling patients to receive proper care and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to triage new cases, present issues, and other factors impacting initial case assignments
- Manage acute and chronic therapies including IVIg, TPN’s, and antibiotics
- Collaborate with coordinators and field healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Respond to inquiries for outpatient referrals, gather demographic data, collect preliminary client information to identify the appropriate clinician, and assist in scheduling initial appointments
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate ability to multi-task

Work Type
- Monday-Friday 10am-6pm
- Possibilities of some Saturdays
Experience Level

Salary/Compensations
- $60,000-$65,000
