About the Role
The Individual & Family Therapist provides clinical treatment for youth within the assigned program(s), working collaboratively with the Integrated Treatment Model (ITM) team. The role emphasizes a nonjudgmental, skill-building approach based on behavior principles and requires modeling pro-social behavior and positive relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical treatment for youth within the program(s).
- Work alongside the Integrated Treatment Model (ITM) team.
- Support and carry out the functions of the ITM.
- Focus on skill building and basic principles of behavior.
- Function as part of a team.
- Model pro-social behavior.
- Build positive relationships with all residents.
Requirements
- Ability to function successfully on an interdisciplinary treatment team.
- Driver's license.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks.

Experience Level
