About the Role

The Assistant Director supports and supervises Program Managers, monitors service delivery, implements quality improvements, and ensures compliance with policies and funder requirements. This position oversees transitional living programs for youth ages 16-24 and a rapid rehousing program for young adults ages 18-25. The role also includes participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support to residential programs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support Program Managers in personnel functions, staff supervision, performance standards, reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Plan, develop, and implement evaluation and assessment of services.
• Develop and implement services consistent with the agency's mission and philosophy.
• Provide leadership, coordination, and integration of RHY services and other agency services.
• Monitor program contract objectives.
• Participate in the development and evaluation of the program management plan.
• Facilitate the orientation of new staff.
• Provide support in the development of agency grants and respond to funder requests.
• Ensure client safety and quality of care through compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations governing RHY programs.
• Actively network and participate with other provider agencies and collaborations.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have access to a reliable vehicle on a daily basis.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
• Must carry minimum auto insurance coverage of Bodily Injury: $100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident and Property Damage: $50,000.

Salary/Compensations

• $59,500 - $62,500
