About the Role

Support our Sport and Commercial teams, making them faster, more organised, and anticipating needs proactively. This role is central to both teams, requiring quick, accurate work and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Ensure polished materials and tight logistics, preventing small issues from becoming major problems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage diaries and time strategically, protecting time for high-value work.
  • Schedule client and partner meetings across different time zones.
  • Coordinate team meetings and off-site events.
  • Act as a connector across teams, ensuring clear communication and spotting potential issues.
  • Compile pipeline updates, sales trackers, and deal status reports.
  • Format materials for leadership and board reporting.
  • Maintain accuracy and currency of shared trackers and CRM data.
  • Prepare materials for client pitches and proposals.
  • Coordinate input from legal, finance, and production teams on deals.
  • Support contract administration, including sending, chasing signatures, and filing.
  • Book travel for client meetings and events.
  • Process expenses and reconcile company cards.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding Whisper's brand governance and strategy.
  • Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and create templates and centralised filing.
  • Champion equality and diversity within the team and follow Health and Safety policy.

Requirements
