About the Role
Own clinic-level operational performance across the UK network, ensuring clinics are well-run, properly staffed, deliver a great patient experience, and are ready to grow. This is a hands-on role involving launching new clinics, training teams, running audits, rolling out new systems, and resolving issues.
Responsibilities
- Drive clinic performance by improving utilisation and productivity, and reducing avoidable cancellations and lost capacity.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality patient experience and operational standards across all locations.
- Own the operational audit program and ensure actions are completed.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of clinic teams, including nurses and receptionists.
- Lead the operational mobilisation and launch of new clinics and services.
- Champion the rollout and adoption of new systems and processes.
- Build strong relationships with clinicians, colleagues, and partner sites.
Requirements
- Strong experience managing a clinic or similar healthcare/service environment.
- Experience leading and developing a team.
- Confidence training and coaching others.
- High standards, strong organisation, and the drive to see things through.
- Comfortable using performance data to identify problems and drive improvements.
- Confident with technology and supporting others through new systems.
- Commercially aware, understanding the connection between operational delivery, patient experience, and business performance.
- Able to work independently from home.
- Comfortable with regular travel to clinics across the UK.
- Full driving licence required.
