About the Role
This role will support the Service Centre Manager and Team Leaders to ensure the smooth running of the branch operations.
Responsibilities
- Planning daily service routes.
- Controlling and managing service documentation.
- Ensuring service routes are completed as required.
- High-volume data entry using in-house systems.
- Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Producing monthly and quarterly management data.
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience with good IT skills is preferred.
- Proficient user of Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Good attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work using initiative and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a transport or logistic environment is advantageous but not essential.
- May be required to pass a DBS check.

- Basic salary of £25,750 per annum
