About the Role
As an IT Administrator at our Berlin location, you will be the central point of contact, ensuring the stable operation of the IT infrastructure. You will qualify and process incident reports and service requests in the ticketing system, from first to second-level support. You will support employees with all questions regarding PC hardware, MS operating systems, and Microsoft 365. You will analyze and resolve errors on workstations, servers, and in the network. You will set up and manage desktop workstations and mobile devices (e.g., laptops, phones, printers). You will perform updates, patches, and backups, ensuring good patch levels and high system availability. You will support the IT team across locations in firewall and network areas (e.g., firewall administration, VPN/IPsec, network troubleshooting). You will participate in IT projects for the further development and automation of the infrastructure. You will document systems, configurations, and support in a comprehensible manner.

Requirements
- Completed studies in IT, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
- At least three years of professional experience in a similar position.
- Sound knowledge of network technologies (LAN/WLAN, VLAN, routing, VPN) and experience in firewall administration.
- Familiarity with Windows Server and related technologies (AD, DHCP, DNS, DFS).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Experience in first and second-level support, as well as installation and configuration of Microsoft products.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other locations.
- Analytical, conceptual, and solution-oriented work style, also in cross-location teams.
- Independent work style with a hands-on mentality, making decisions autonomously and taking initiative.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, for effective communication in an international team.
