About the Role

The Wealth Management Strategy and Transformation team guides Wealth Management strategy and transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with Line of Business (LOBs) and segment strategic goals. This role will support the setup and delivery of a transformational private banking program and share best practices across Wealth Management.

Responsibilities

Support the setup and delivery of a Global Private Banking transformational program across regions (Canada, US, Asia and UK), driving consistency across international teams.
Provide program management leadership to drive progress across all related workstreams, including the operating model, value realization and delivery roadmap.
Coordinate activities across the Global Private Banking team and associated regional teams, including coordination with Digital, Technology and functional partners.
Lead the value capture work stream for all LOBs, in alignment with Wealth Management strategy, including Investor Relations Day targets and clear program OKRs.
Develop executive communications and leadership visibility on program status, support required and value delivery.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks; manage scope changes; handle dependencies; and resolve conflicts between competing priorities.
Share knowledge from the program across Wealth Management LOBs through coaching, updated guidelines, templates and use of project and portfolio management tools.

Requirements

Experience within Wealth Management with a particular focus on Private Banking.
Leadership experience managing significant programs with international impact.
Experience working in cross-business environments.
Proven success in leading program management in large financial institutions or corporations including financial planning.
Experience with program financial disciplines including; business case development, investment planning, and benefit management.
