About the Role

We are seeking an individual for application development and AI architecture for our long-term project work. You will take technical responsibility for our app development denk.pause, accompanying its upcoming launch. You will maintain the app, develop it further with the team, and ensure smooth releases and store processes. Post-launch, you will engage in exciting educational projects, co-designing and implementing them. Our organization operates 100% AI-supported across knowledge management, project development, and project management. Together, we will address challenges in the education system and implement projects in-house, ranging from small learning games to learning systems and app ideas.

Responsibilities

Take technical responsibility for the denk.pause app development and accompany its launch.
Maintain the app and develop it further with the team.
Ensure smooth releases and store processes for the app.
Co-design and implement exciting educational projects post-launch.
Contribute to customer projects in the agency area, technically implementing professional products.
Develop new products, advise on technical questions, and implement smaller programming solutions, games, and plugins.
Structure projects to facilitate the work of AI tools and agents.
Accompany denk.pause during its soft launch, develop it further based on test phase insights, and prepare for scaling.

Requirements

High degree of responsibility, self-organization, and communication skills.
Passion for education, product development, and creating impact within a team.
Ability to contribute ideas to user experience design and professionally implement them within a team.
Experience building, maintaining, and operating React Native apps with Expo in a production environment, or experience with modern app pipelines.
Experience with Supabase or a comparable Postgres setup including Row Level Security and migrations.
Experience bringing apps through TestFlight and App Store Connect to the store.
Ability to address requirements such as data protection, IT security, certificates, and logging, and to delegate external and internal resources.
Consideration for operations and security during development, including database state, key and certificate expiration, and build and store pipelines.
Ability to answer questions about app experience or comparable projects, including learnings and store/repo links.
Ability to describe how you work with AI agents in code and where you draw boundaries.
Ability to outline preferred collaboration model (fee or employment) and desired scope.
