About the Role
This role involves price and master data maintenance, order processing, managing delivery dates and returns, acting as a liaison for stores and logistics, and preparing purchasing data for buyers. You will have significant creative freedom, short decision-making paths, and long-term prospects in a family-oriented work environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain price lists and ensure reliable processing of order confirmations.
- Process orders for internal needs, from order opening to invoice verification.
- Monitor delivery dates and returns, check open transactions, and follow up accordingly.
- Serve as the point of contact for stores and logistics regarding purchasing inquiries.
- Evaluate relevant data and prepare purchasing appointments for buyers.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship and ideally previous professional experience in a comparable role.
- Good commercial understanding and quick grasp of interrelationships.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to quickly navigate digital tools and systems.
- Structured, reliable, and independent work style.
- Ability to maintain an overview even with multiple tasks.
- Good German language skills, at least at C1 level.
