About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the routine running of one or two MSc Degrees and supporting other MSc programmes within the portfolio as and when appropriate. You will proactively work with the Course Office team managing course processes and supporting programme activities. The role ensures the provision of an efficient and professional service to students and academic staff associated with the course, working closely with relevant professional staff and the Course Director.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the routine running of one or two MSc Degrees.
- Support other MSc programmes within the portfolio as and when appropriate.
- Proactively work with the Course Office team managing course processes.
- Support programme activities.
- Ensure the provision of an efficient and professional service to students and academic staff.
- Work closely with relevant professional staff and the Course Director.
- Requires some evening and weekend work.
- Opportunity for international travel.
Requirements
- Working as part of a large team within a customer-focused environment.
- Possess a customer-centered approach.
- Able to build strong relationships with students and academics.
- Able to nurture students through the programme process.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Good understanding of working with and managing a CRM system would be desirable.
- Good understanding of working with and managing a student Visual Learning Environment (VLR) would be desirable.
