About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join us in maximizing the potential of our courses and making a real difference in the lives of our participants. We are looking for instructors for the retraining program for administrative specialists (m/f/d) starting immediately at our Berlin location.

Responsibilities

Flexible takeover of subject modules based on your expertise, including methodology of legal application, legal and personnel management basics of public administration, municipal finance, business law, general and specific administrative law, and private and contract law.
Prepare and deliver engaging, structured, and understandable lessons with a focus on practical application.
Connect theory with practical examples to explain complex administrative matters clearly.
Support participants by addressing different learning levels, actively guiding the learning process, and fostering a motivating and appreciative learning environment.
Prepare participants systematically for the final examination by confidently imparting exam-relevant content.

Requirements

Completed vocational training or a degree in administration or law (e.g., administrative specialist, administrative manager, or lawyer).
Relevant professional experience in the key subject areas of an administrative specialist.
Ideally, knowledge in adult education and a pedagogical qualification (e.g., AEVO) or willingness to obtain one.
Proficiency with digital tools and ideally experience with learning platforms like Moodle or similar systems.
Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex topics clearly and conduct structured, goal-oriented, and practice-oriented learning processes.
Personal competencies include strong communication, empathy, and a structured approach focused on learning success and optimal exam preparation.
