About the Role
We are a warm, open, and dedicated team. We support our youngest children from their first year of life with care and love through their first steps in the daycare center. If you enjoy working with toddlers, are sensitive to their needs, and provide them with security and comfort, you are in the right place with us. For our nursery area, we are looking for a pedagogical specialist at the Kita am Tempelhofer Feld. Our focus is on education for sustainable development, as well as movement and holistic development. Even the youngest discover the world with all their senses with us: through movement activities indoors and outdoors, creative design, music, and much more. Your personality and your ideas, for example for a successful settling-in period and a loving nursery routine, should find space with us. Responsibilities
- Pedagogical care of the children, especially promoting individual motor, cognitive, and language development, as well as social competence
- Developmental observation and documentation of the children
- Conducting pedagogical learning activities, theme circles, and morning circles
- Planning and execution of celebrations, excursions, and projects together with the team
- Responsibility for appropriate, safe, and professional equipment and room design
- Partnership in education with parents and all persons involved in the educational process
- Active participation in team meetings

- State recognition as a childcare professional or comparable qualification

About the Company
- Kenntnisreich Kindertagesstätten gGmbH currently operates 14 independent facilities in Berlin, each with 25-145 children.
