About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in a growing international company within the Compliance Management department. You will receive structured onboarding and comprehensive insights into the business area.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the establishment and expansion of the Compliance Management System and its integration into the existing Quality Management System (ISO 13485 / IVDR) to form an integrated management system.
- Support data protection matters, including maintaining records of processing activities and implementing GDPR requirements in daily business.
- Participate in the expansion of processes for implementing the NIS2 directive.
- Assist in the creation, maintenance, and digitalization of policies, procedural instructions, and evidence documents within the CMS/QMS.
- Prepare and follow up on training sessions, audits, and management reviews, and assist in creating reporting and presentation materials.
- Support the tracking of measures (tracking, deadlines, escalations) within the scope of compliance and quality management.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Life Sciences, or a comparable field.
- Interest or initial experience in compliance, data protection, information security, or quality management is advantageous but not required.
- Structured, meticulous, and independent work style with an enjoyment of working with regulatory texts and documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Very good German language skills; good written and spoken English skills.
- Discretion and a high sense of responsibility when handling confidential information.
