About the Role
QT Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences through efficient front office operations and meticulous financial handling. This role is an opportunity to contribute to a premium lifestyle hotel brand known for its unique philosophy and individuality.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently check guests in and out, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel procedures.
- Process daily guest transactions and reconcile accounts, including posting all accommodation, food, beverage, and miscellaneous revenue.
- Complete the night audit process thoroughly, identifying and resolving any discrepancies between revenue and payments.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with tact and care.
- Maintain clear communication with the Night Manager and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all cashiering, accounting, and audit policies, maintaining accurate documentation to support financial integrity.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar Front Office role in a hotel with the ability to deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating and responding to guest needs promptly and professionally.
- Strong knowledge of front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and reservation management.
- Demonstrated experience in processing financial transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems and night audit functions, with attention to detail in identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
