About the Role
VivCourt is seeking experienced software developers to join its platform or trading-facing teams. Engineers build the technology that powers every trade, from market connectivity systems to platforms for research, execution, and risk management. This role involves solving complex problems and working closely with trading operations, potentially designing and implementing algorithms or building systems that integrate trading, data, and markets.
Responsibilities
- Use automation and AI to remove friction in workflows and processes, unlocking more impact across the organisation.
- Continuously improve systems, and engage in understanding how they are used in production and research.
- Proactively support trading systems developed by your team and operating in production.
- Help shape the trading ecosystem's design and architecture to stay aligned with team and organisational goals.
- Participate in technical design discussions that can affect outcomes for other teams.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in data structures, algorithms and designing software to solve specific problems.
- Experience developing and maintaining C++ and python.
- Strong communication skills, able to communicate clearly and concisely with colleagues and with other departments.
