About the Role

The Service Technician operates a company service truck to service, pump, and clean portable restrooms and holding tanks at various locations. This role is central to our business operations.

Responsibilities

Operate a service truck in compliance with company and DOT requirements.
Perform all work duties safely according to company and DOT standards.
Conduct portable toilet servicing to the company's 8-point service standard.
Interact with customers to ensure services meet their standards.
Adjust routes and schedules to meet customer needs.
Provide feedback on routing efficiency and customer service to management.
Strategically plan for customer portable toilet needs, addressing current and future requirements.

Requirements

Minimum of two years of commercial driving experience.
Possess a valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
Demonstrate excellent time management, customer service, and communication skills.
Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to perform duties involving sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
Ability to frequently lift/push between 50 and 150 lbs. during the work shift.
