About the Role
The Hilb Group is seeking a motivated and ambitious Account Manager to join their team in Harrison, NY. This hybrid position offers a service-driven culture with opportunities for career and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Handle a dedicated book of business
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, needs, and opportunities
- Gather information, prepare applications, quote, market renewals, handle endorsements, and ensure accurate file documentation
- Maintain knowledge of all company systems and offerings
Requirements
- Must be licensed
- Independent and self-motivated thinker
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written & verbal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Skills
- Knowledge of Vertafore products a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with AMS360 & Image Right

- $80,000-$100,000/yr.
