About the Role
Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company. This role is responsible for driving revenue generation, managing sales plans, and building client relationships within assigned market segments. The position requires a proactive approach to sales, client management, and operational understanding to ensure client satisfaction and event success.
Responsibilities
- Ensure revenue generation in accordance with individual sales quotas.
- Assist in creating annual sales plans for various market segments.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
- Fulfill sales call quotas and required tracking protocols.
- Understand the competitive landscape and key selling points.
- Handle initial phone and electronic inquiries within 24 hours.
- Develop targeted lists of companies and organizations.
- Build and maintain a client database.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with industry partners.
- Ensure optimal perception of the venue within the community and professional organizations.
- Maintain Live Nation Standards for policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely fulfillment and distribution of required reports.
- Maintain accurate event financial records and adhere to departmental processes.
- Generate proposals and Special Events Orders.
- Negotiate contracts and generate contracts.
- Conduct post-event correspondence.
- Manage supply requisitions.
- Maintain client relations.
- Communicate current event information on the talent calendar.
- Ensure accurate file maintenance.
- Utilize and manage departmental software programs.
- Understand operational department responsibilities to ensure guest satisfaction and event execution.
- Ensure staffing levels are fulfilled by the Logistics Manager.
- Solicit new and existing clients to meet budgetary sales expectations.
- Create and track internal/external promotional programs.
- Fulfill expectations outlined within strategic sales plans and reports.
- Develop sales strategy for defined market segments, industries, and conventions.
- Build and maintain client databases.
- Actively solicit business through local civic and business organizations.
- Assist in the development of sales collateral material.
- Assist in updating the venue sales website, online venue listings, and social media applications.
- Attend tradeshows, networking events, and sales blitzes.
- Participate in marketing the venue to trade shows, both locally and nationally.
- Conduct strategic outbound business prospecting.

- Skilled in interpersonal communications, organizational concepts, and financial knowledge.
- Ability to delegate, follow up, and relate to staff and guests/clients in a positive and effective manner.
