About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating cost estimates and supporting project managers in financial planning. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful execution of our infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Independently create cost estimates for bids.
- Analyze and evaluate tender documents.
- Support construction managers with work calculations and the creation of additional offers.
- Determine essential calculation bases.
- Incorporate bid and execution schedules.
- Plan and calculate resources for construction, logistics, technology, and personnel.
- Manage inquiries and award subcontracts.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering from a technical college/university, university of applied sciences, or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience as a cost estimator and/or construction manager.
- In-depth knowledge of regulations and standards.
- Familiarity with current pricing, performance metrics, and the subcontractor market.
- Proficient use of the billing and calculation software RIB iTWO (or comparable software) and MS Office.
- Independent action, commitment, and teamwork skills.
