About the Role
Henkel is seeking a part-time Technical Hair Advisor to provide expert technical advice, product recommendations, and solutions across the Henkel and Schwarzkopf portfolio to consumers in Australia and New Zealand. The role involves partnering with Sales and Marketing to deliver technical education and contributing to product launches, innovation, and influencer initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Respond to consumer enquiries, complaints, feedback, and technical questions.
- Provide expert hair care and colour advice, product recommendations, and education.
- Manage consumer cases, documentation, reporting, follow-ups, and resolutions.
- Develop and deliver retailer training, webinars, masterclasses, and learning content.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing on customer engagement and product launches.
- Analyze consumer feedback and trends, escalating product and quality concerns.
- Support product testing, innovation, influencer programs, and technical projects.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as reasonably required.
Requirements
- Qualified hairdresser with strong expertise in hair colour, care, and styling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident educating consumers, retailers, and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
