About the Role
Support people to rebuild confidence, independence and hope. As a Rehabilitation Consultant with APM WorkCare, you’ll walk alongside clients as they navigate recovery, return to work, and help them to reconnect with what matters most.
Responsibilities
- Meet clients in person or virtually to understand their goals and challenges
- Conduct meaningful vocational and psychosocial assessments
- Provide supportive counselling to build resilience and readiness for work or daily life
- Create achievable return-to-work plans with clients, employers and healthcare partners
- Celebrate progress — small wins and major milestones
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology
- Full registration with ESSA/AHPRA
- Pass a national criminal check, prior to commencing employment
- A current WWCC (Working with children check)
- Full Australian working rights
- A valid driver’s licence
- This position is contingent upon the successful completion of all mandatory pre-employment checks, which may include background verification in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
