About the Role
Lead a team of 10-12 Learning Advisors in handling inbound enquiries from parents and students, focusing on achieving monthly targets for enrolments sold and started, managing pipeline, speed to contact, and conversion. You will also be responsible for team development, coaching, and ensuring quality and ethical sales practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 10-12 Learning Advisors.
- Handle inbound enquiries from parents and students.
- Achieve monthly targets for enrolments sold and started.
- Manage pipeline, speed to contact, and conversion.
- Utilize reporting to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Conduct stand-ups, weekly meetings, training, and call reviews.
- Recruit and develop Learning Advisors.
- Build a positive team environment.
- Ensure all enrolments are accurate, ethical, and compliant.
- Provide families with appropriate advice, including when Cluey is not a good fit.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of leadership experience in phone-based, high-volume B2C sales.
- Proven track record of hitting team targets.
- Experience in coaching people.
- Proficiency with data, reporting, and CRM.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to own calls.
