About the Role

As an Executive Assistant to the CEO/GM at LCRA, you’ll help keep a fast-paced executive office running smoothly by staying ahead of what’s coming next, so he can focus on what matters most. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you’ll create order, keep priorities moving forward and help navigate competing demands. You’ll work closely with the CEO/GM and Chief of Staff to make sure the right people, information, and logistics are in place and ready at the right time. This role is an excellent fit for a highly organized, operationally minded professional who takes pride in being dependable and can be trusted to handle sensitive information with discretion. You’ll build strong relationships, communicate confidently, and take ownership of responsibilities from start to finish. Success in this position requires more than simply completing assigned tasks, it requires sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. This is a hybrid position with an in-office schedule Tuesday through Thursday and the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday. Responsibilities

  • Own and proactively manage a complex Executive calendar
  • Maintain thoughtful 30/60/90-day calendar look-ahead
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and changing logistics
  • Process expenses, reimbursements, invoices, and subscriptions
  • Prepare and coordinate correspondence, presentations, documents, and signatures
  • Support day-to-day administrative needs and special projects

Requirements

  • Nine or more years of experience in business operations, project administration, public relations or other relevant experience.
  • A degree(s) in business, communications, public administration, government or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
